Telkom package with a problem. Paying for nothing

It’s not even a year since we have a Telkom line that runs through Openserve. Openserve doesn’t want to help, work or do installation or faults on line properly. The day we ordered our service they came and installed the wrong router we couldn’t use the internet for another few days. Now 3/4 months later there’s a fault on the line. The guy have been here and said in the man hole theres a problem. They wil escalate the matter. A week later they came to the house while we were not there they should’ve been there the previous day. They then just marked the matter as closed. We opened the case AGAIN and this morning we get a message saying the agent has been dispatched to the house. Not even 5 minutes later no one at the house we received a call stating they can’t reach the pole and they wil then complete the matter again. Then they closed it again. Now we can’t log a fault and the guy who was supposedly to fix the problem wasn’t at the house to even see that the pole is clean to work on. Never came back. They doesn’t want to work and I don’t know if they want the targets to be reached and just complete a order but out line doesn’t get fixed for weeks and they have closed the 3rd case already with the same problem still all the way.
