Telkom package update a disastor

I upgraded last month from a 10mb uncapped adsl paskage to a 20MB uncapped fibre package and a month later they haven't upgraded me yet. The Vumatel technicians came and installed their box but Telkom has not yet moved my package/service. I've called them almost daily for the past 3weeks and they keep saying that "sales" first has to close my order. No one seems to really know what is up and it is getting very frustrating.
