Telkom Owes Me Why Am I in Arrears

I have never been in arrears with Telkom but today I found out I was listed. In actual fact I have a credit of R7000 as it stands however I am in arrears according to this network. When I called Telkom today they said I don't owe them but experien says something else. It is either I am a clown or there is something wrong with information that their collections department dissipates or their consultants systems are malfunctioning. I have also had of another person who reported such an issue, they never responded to the review or updated the status. Pleasey fix my credit status before I take my business elsewhere. Thanks.
