Telkom owes me money - no one is getting back to us...Trying to keep my money

We used to be Telkom customers. We left Telkom to switch service providers. Since then I've been struggling to get hold of ANYONE at Telkom,as they place me on hold for 20-30 min at a time when I call,and by then my airtime is up. No replies to questions via their website.

WE ARE IN CREDIT - AS IN TELKOM OWS ME MONEY. Over R800 in on the 12th of January,credit is owed to us. It shows in the last email we received that we're still in credit and I'd like to get that money back - but Telkom makes it impossible to claim back what is ours.

I need someone to call me so we can sort it out asasp.
