Telkom overcharging thier customers

i went telkom at maponya asking for assistance since i lost my job last year december 2023 . i spoke wirh a lady there wanting to change a payment method for my contract rutter and laptop that i took with contact buy i cant pay it off at once ,but can pay everymonth the lady gave me the billing companys number and said thats where they do changes .i called the billing company to ask them to change the method off withdrawing money in my account since im unemployed and have many debit order that are taking place in my account so i asked them to give me there account number or essay pay number so that i can pay straight to their account .the guy who was helping me said he cant change the withdrawal payment ,but in order to be on a save side is to pay 10 days before due date that i normally pay with which is the last day off the month .for the month off april 2024 i payed on the 15 off april ,payed for may as well i payed on the 15th off may on the 1st off june my telkom data wasnt working at all i called the billing company to ask what was wrong they said im owing them R408.00 ,because when they debited for the month off april and june they ddnt get money from my account ,then i was like i payed on the 15 off both months so how did u withdraw on the last day off the month on my account when i payed on the 15 which is 15days before the due date and telkom adviced me to pay 10 days before the due date they said i must pay that amount in order for me to be able to use my laptop i did pay that 408.00 that i was owing them .i called them after 2 days to inform them that i payed off their 408.00 everything was fine after that ,because i could use my data .i payed for june on the 15 off june telkom went again in my account what was suprising is that they said i must pay early but they cant pick up on their system that i payed ealy i called telkom billing company on the 10th off july asking why they have gone through my account normally i pay R758 every month they said they went in my accont ,because i owe them R 106 i asked what was that 106 for ,because i paed them 758 that i owe them the lady said the statement says so the said for the month off july i must pay 758 + 106 On the 15th of july i payed R 864 on the 30 off july i received an sms thats saying im owing Telkom R874 00 i called billing company and asked why am i owing them 874 ,because i called on the 10th off july and told them that i payed 864 that i was owing them now im suprised that i owe them extra 10 rand the guy who was helping me was gomolemo le asked me to send him the receipt for that money he gave me the whatsup number he said the exta 10 i can pay with the payment for august 2024 again on the 15th off august i payed them 758 + 20 so its R778.00 with an extra 10 rand on th e 31 off august telkom went again on my account to debit and everytime when they try to debit and find insufficient funds they charge me 200 rand now its coming to my attention that Telkom is doing this on purpose ,because now its being moths that im paying more than what i have to pay hense im excelleting this matter ,because i called them a lot off time ,but they havent resolved this matter im very unhappy off how i have been treated i just want telkom to stop debitting on my account since im am paying them 15 days before the last day off the month .
