Telkom Overcharging for Data I couldn't have used.

Good day Hopefully I will be able to get some competent Telkom Employee to help me solve my issue. I have a Telkom Mobile contract that was supposed to capped to R260. All previous bills for the few months have come under the cap amount which is understandable. Then the bill for month of August is delivered with a total of R731. Almost 2 times what I've been paying extra. I have tried numerous platforms searching for help to have this corrected. Staff online chats, numerous call centre calls and somehow can't seem to understand my concern, that if a contract was capped to an amount for the previous months, how is it possible that I now be charged additional fees for out of bundle rate. These charges being incurred after the mobile data connection was disconnected. How can I be charged for mobile when mobile data is not being used at all ?! Apart of that, a call centre agent then tells me afterwards: 'ok sir, your account is capped to R500. Even if it's capped to R500 (which I dunno where it comes from) how is it that I get charged 50% more then basic math teaches me that 500 is less than 700. And if we're speaking facts, then 260 is 2.8 times less than 730. As a new private customer for Telkom, this simple error has left a bad taste in my mouth. And if something so minute is left unattended, how much more do they neglect clients that are paying their salaries.
