Telkom overcharging again and no response to recti

I have an ADSL contract with Telkom, when arranging the contract we were informed that we could a 4MB line and hence opted for that. When the gentlemen came round to set everything up, he told us that the area only gets 2MB lines. We settled for what we could get and informed Telkom to ament the contract accordingly. This was originally done back in somewhere around March. At some point Telkom switched the billing back to the 4MB line without any consent, while we are still running the 2MB line. I rasied this again on 23 Nov, i am still waiting for someone to contact me and explain to me what they are doing there.<br>
