Telkom overcharge me

I took 2 contracts with Telkom, which was a cellphone and a laptop. Ive been paying my phone 16 months my laptop i took it on Feb. I called one of consultant to help me freeze my account as i had no income.. My bill has now came up to R18k that's too much.
