TELKOM Overcharge and poor service
Very poor service. Overcharged R4887.54 in April 2021 and R4985.97 on account number ***. Raised issue twice and given reference numbers for both, Received SMS stating issue resolved. this morning got SMS from my bank stating R10345.69 stop order processed through my bank account. I will now close my TELKOM account as this is untenable.

27 May 2021, 08:24Checked my account this morning. Charged R1680 for data that I did not purchase. Changed spend limit in April 2021 to R500, how is it possible to exceed this spending limit. I will now raise this issue with ICASA
