Telkom overcharge and not cancelling month to month contract

Took a month to month contract for R499 and found it was not what I needed and also the coverage is bad. I cancelled it within the 7 day cool down period as provided in the T&C's. Getting charged R605 per month for it for the last 3 months. Contact Telkom about it and the answer is just cancellation is still in process.
