TELKOM OVER DEPARTMENTALISED=NO ACCOUNTABILITY

In Nov 2014, I app**** for a Telkom SmartHome Essential (LTE) service (TSH_LTE). In December, I changed my mind and instead requested the mobile LTE, but, the agent had processed the contract, and the other agents could not find it. Due to stock unavailability, I had not received the TSH_LTE goods and the agent was on leave. Billing started at the end of Nov. In Jan 2015, I returned to the store where I was offered the TSH_LTE goods, but declined. The Telkom agent did not document that I did not receive the goods. I have been billed R1000pm up until a payment of R8206,45 is received as I requested account cancellation. The instalment is supposed to be R401.74 but due to cancellation it was up't to R1000pm. To date not a single Telkom agent has taken responsibility for handling my case. The Tygervalley Telkom branch is currently being renovated and they need to confirm that the goods were in fact not handed over to me, however, the whereabouts of the goods is unknown. I was told, the instalments cant be stopped. Telkom has the worst service delivery I have ever experienced and their over departmentalised structure aids lack of accountability and problem resolution.
