Telkom Over billing me

I called Telkom concerning the billing issue, Telkom is over charging me when I enquire, their Consultants keep giving me contacts that are invalid they don't transfer my calls to the correct department or call me back to hear what is wrong, I end up using my airtime to try to get hold of them. I feel ****med. Telkom is doing as it pleases in my account, I called them to cancel since they failing to explain why are they billing so much money, instead the consultant pretended as if she hear me, called again the 2nd consultant hang up on me for no reason on the 8th of November 2024, I even requested a call back on their website no they didn't bother to call me back.
