Telkom Outstanding account

Hallo Peter, I had an account with Telkom a couple of years ago, which I telephonically cancelled due to the fact that I couldn't do the cancellation online, had no access to my telkom email account, that has been with Telkom for about 15 years. I was job hunting and using my email adres for response not knowing they relocated my email adres to someone else without me knowing or my consent. Now they keep bothering for payment and has handed over to lawyers. Since then we moved 2 and I really don't know where my little black book is with all the references no is, please advise what should I do?
