Telkom outperforms itself!

I requested a move of line using the Telkom Online facility. Within 24 hours I was contacted and the move was scheduled. The technician, in fact, arrived a day early and asked if he can do the move rather early than later. I agreed and within 1 hour the move was effected and we were back on line. Great service within time and great quality. Well done Telkom!
