Telkom outage message, I'm not a Telkom client

I have cancelled my subscription with any Telkom based products years ago, but I keep getting messages related to outages in my area (even though I've moved to an entirely different city). Please remove my details from the Telkom database. Let me know where I should send my details for this to happen. I remember the call centers were bad, so I'd prefer to not sink all my airtime into something that should have been done automatically..
