Telkom Oribi Plaza, Port Shepstone

Telkom Oribi Plaza, probably the worst service I have ever recieved (which is saying a lot). There are 4 employees and one PC they all take turns working on. 3 Of them stand around shooting the breeze with employees from neighbouring shops or talking ******* to one another. I had to perform a cell swap after speaking to Head Office. I finally got helped and was told there is nothing they can do with a shrug of the shoulders. All this after speaking to head office and being told to visit a Telkom shop. They are not interested in assisting you and only want you out the door as soon as possible. The attitude of the employees is shocking especially by an employee called Zama, who was so rude I had to bite my tongue. Do not even try to get help from these employees I spent two hours standing around in the shop and had absolutely no joy from them. Absolutely appaling.
