Telkom Ordered but no Order

I ordered 4Mb uncapped ADSL on the web. They called me from 012688**** and placed the order. I've been trying to get a reference number. for 2 days I've been calling 10213 and they tell me they are offline. How is it possible to be ofline for 2 days? Luckily a Telkomagent mailed me to check up if anyone has contacted me regarding my initial application and I asked her to check up. Much to my frustration she told me that there isn't an order for me.
