Telkom order cancelled after payment..

I app**** for Adsl 20mbps line and told to pay 700 which i did on the 30 june 2018 at Telkom Eastgate.After that the struggle began as i was told when making follow up that the system is offline.i have called about 30times to be told different and contradicting info.agents would lie n change info about my order.today wen i checked its written "Sad to see you go on my order"why was i made to pay when they knew they are lying..why why...10213 call centre is nonsense n telkom knows about it..why why maan.
