Telkom order cancelation impossible

Very easy to get a new contract but near impossible to cancel. After scanning and filling in the documents as well as getting all the required additional documents and sending it through in January in order to cancel my landline only to find that in April my debit order is still offline.

After 2 hours on the phone with them i have to do the cancellation again.

Unless you plan on using the same product with telkom for the rest of your life i suggest that you do not take any products from them as it can not be cancelled within reasonable time.
