Telkom or Tel-no-one

I have 2 complaints. 1. old account cancelled 30 Jan '19. I am still billed and have phoned, visit Telkom Shops no solution. 2. Telkom e-mail maintenance done 8 to 10 June '19. email still not working. call centres cannot assist, and Telkom outlets cannot help. nothing is working. this is my work email and clients are waiting for replies. worst is that I will not be able to have them accountable for lost business. ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE, THAT I CAN'T EVEN CANCEL.
