Telkom or should I say Helkom horrible service!

<p>I've app**** for a land line and wireless internet connection with Telkom 4 weeks ago and one of the technician came after a week of my application and he said there are cables that are suppose to be fixed underground and he advised that he will come back in 2 days it has since been a month! I'm at the branch weekly I've asked for a cancellation and refund and I'm taken from pillar to post... I've thrown all kinds of tantrum but still no technicians and no Refund!</p>
