Telkom or Hellkom poor service!

Telkom, I only gave one star because this page dosnt allow zero! *********12 This are cases I've had to log for your tower connecting to Evender club MP. It's such a huge inconvenience to be a subscriber of your network Telkom. One has to keep checking when my contracts are ending with you so to run to a better service provider, paying so much monthly with my profile and I have to suffer from poor to no connections weekly/monthly because of tower issues.. and why is it not permanently fixed? Excuses of not able to contact me over all my number?? Really.. yet zero missed calls and daily calling in saying you welcome to use emails to communicate, yet.. you don't take loyal customers serious and it's time we look for better!
