Telkom or Hellkom

I recently app**** for a telkom fibre package in partnership with vumatel. The order was placed on the 19 August 2020 The router got delivered 2 days later on the 21 August. Until now I have not received any feedback when the technician will come through to complete the installation. I was told it takes 7-14 working days for someone to come through. It's over a month and no one has come through.

Numerous calls were logged regarding a follow up. I spent 40 minutes on 4 different calls to telkom and received 4 different answers.

When called today I was first advised to call vumatel, they couldn't help as a vr number was not sent through by telkom. On a second call today, a mail was sent out by the consultant ccing her manager to escalate the call..

No feedback Terrible service @Telkom if you don't want to be a service provider just say so we will take our business elsewhere
