Telkom or HELLKOM?

In December 2019 Telkom experience cable theft in the Mitchells Plain area. We then had an ADSL line and landline with them. As from the 09th of December 2019, our landline was down and ADSL I phoned almost every second day to follow up.Telkom did not inform us. I then read an article on line on 17 December 2019 about the cable theft and phone again on the 18th of December I think asking why they did not inform their customers. It just left a bad taste in my mouth even going to the Canal Walk Telkom service centre. They were not helpful at all. We cancelled the products but my husband still get smses with bill. We not even making use of their products since December and changed to fibre instead. Telkom you are the worst were customer service comes in. On the flip side their cell phone contracts is affordable but thats about it
