Telkom or Hellkom

Reference No ********** 4. On the 9th Jan there was a data failure in my area. When the lines were fixed on Saturday the 12th my WiFi did not come back on. I logged a call with Telkom on the 13th Jan and they have not fixed it to date. A technician was finally assigned today the 19th January only for him to tell us that he couldn't make it today and won't be working on Monday. He said we must phone Telkom and ask them to assign another technician. Ridiculous is an understatement. Pathetic service Telkom.
