I filled in a form and emailed it thru 2 telkom on 8th August to have my telkom line put in a holding pool because I want to shift to MWEB. I phoned telkom this morning to asked about progress and they informed me my li e was totally cancelled. How gave them permission to cancel my line?? Whole day I couldn't do work cos my internet is down now. Telkom sucks.
