Telkom or Helkom?

My lines have been down since Thursday morning. It's now Friday, 4:34pm and no one at Telkom are able to telle how long its going to take to restore line.

This is a business line, we have no telephone or internet and no one at Telkom seems to think that matter requires any urgency
