Telkom or Helkom!!!!!!!

On the 12th of January we received the following email Please note that your migration to wireless technology is at no cost to you or the business, it is a free service from Telkom.

The telephone lines in question are as follows:

We would like to assist by finding out who will be at the premises (4A Quarry Rd, Hilton) in the next 7 to 10 business days to receive your new devices and have the devices connected over to your PABX.

End of January we received 4 LTE routers from a courier. When we inquired what they where for we we were told technicians would deliver the device to match the LTE routers within 7 to 10 working days. Last Friday 23rd Feb our lines where disabled. *** Emails have gone back and forth, Numerous Phone calls have been made. All that is said is that the issue has been escalated and they will get back to us!! 1 week without phone lines for our company and no urgency from Telkom. This service or NON service should I say has a massive negative effect on our business!! You cant run a business without Telephones/ Communication etc..... Frustrated as we getting absolutely nowhere. And the don't care attitude from Telkom is shocking to say the least.
