Telkom or helkom

<p>I have changed banks for months ago or longer, i am in arears in the acount, dew to telkom not taking instructions from a bank, i phoned the call centre many times, please close the call centre its a mess, i went to the telkom shop in carnival telkom many times, most of them are always busy with their phones, or personal things, they have the attitude like the are doing you a big favor if they assist, i asked my grannie on 12/05 /2017 to go and pay money in the telkom acount to get it up to date and give them my new bank details , Brian why the attitude arent you their to assist customers? What exactly is your problem? I wanted to talk to him over the phone as im at work and i need to fix this problem, i wanted fix it and give you my new details,telkom you suck, or is it arregent lazy poeple with bad attitudes that make you suck,?</p>
