Telkom or Eishkom

My mum is 81 yrs of age. Her telephone was taken away and replaced by a courier company about 6 weeks ago, by a wireless unit. She was told that a technician will contact her. It never happened. After 2 weeks of waiting I called on her behalf. I was told that the Sim had to be registered. That was done. The number was then incorrect. After numerous calls to various people, I was told that the courier company sent the Mobile unit to the incorrect address and that it will be rectified. We are still waiting. Telkom has to be the worst. It is an absolutely pathetic monopoly that they hold which binds us to their no service. HELP
