Telkom or being shot in the head, whats really worse?

This is not my first frustrating experience with telkom and I doubt it will be my last, alas it appears that there is no choice but to accept the pathetic service provide by this sorry excuse for a service provider. My latest issues revolves around the uncapped LTE service which I subscribe to, last week Wednesday my modem stopped working ( I will spare the details), ultimately I called the telkom call centre "081 180", the consult advised that my fault could not be resolved over the phone and therefore she would need to dispatch technicians, I thanked the consultant and was especially appreciative of the fact that she claimed that the priority was marked urgent ( expectaion was 48hr turn around time) fast forward 5 days later ( albeit including the weekend) I received an SMS stating that the call was "resolved". However perhaps resolved means something different in the wonderful world of telkom as no technicians had come to my premises and the fault was actually not resolved. This is not even the worst part of my experience with the soul draining Telkom agents. I advised an agent again from 081 180 that infact my issue has not been resolved ( which he disputed with me at first ). The fact that he had the outrageous gall to tell me what is resolved or not just further infuriated me i therefore sked to speak to his supervisor. He stated that his supervisor "Jabu" was not available but would call me back. Here is where it gets interesting, this person ( who in my opinion should be disciplined ) attempted to call me back and left a message that she was calling regarding my cancellation (strike one), i then tried to call back and a lifeless man named Edman could not understand why i wanted to speak to the team leader, eventually he did go advise her that i was on the line returing the call. Jabu however advised Edman that me ( the ****ed off client) must provide the surname of Jabu before she attends to my call ( strike two), thereafter Edman states " Oh Jabu not here", ( strike three). I admit I used a number of choice words on the unproffessionalism of Telkom, Edman then proceeded to put me on hold for 10minutes. Needless to say I hung up the call. I kid you not this is a true story.
