Telkom Operating bad

So wanting to get a Telkom cellphone Contract, but after a hour an a half they only tell me i do not qualify? How do you guys operate? I was asked to pick a color for my device standing there waiting forever for him to complete the contract to tell me i do not apply.

BTW i wanted two devices on contract so he told me they dont allow two contracts reason my salary is less than R7000 . I then told him okay put through only the one.

Another 40mins went pass ( him completing the contract) and then it came down to i dont apply for one?

My first question to him was when i got there do i apply for a cell phone contract. Why couldn't he tell me that from the start? why have me there waiting for a hour and a half have my device color chosen and then tell me i do not qualify.

I then went to a other cellphone provider and i could apply for a contact and they could proceed????? WHY ????

While im in the shop a client comes in and starts performing on how bad Telkom is and how shes been struggling. At first this put me off and i was contemplating if i should give telkom a try . I proceeded.

AND THEN THIS!!! A TOTAL WAIST OF TIME I guess you guys get so much bad reviews that you just dont care anymore. I can tell you one thing though , I never was a client of telkom and in the future i will never be. I would also not recommend telkom to any friend or family.
