Telkom Openserve - WORST SERVICE EVER!

For the last 10 days we have had no Internet, even though we have never failed a single payment to Telkom Openserve. They keep telling me that there is a “technical issue” with our TIN number, and every time I ask to speak to a team leader/manager my call gets “conveniently dropped”. I am at my wits end and advise NOBODY TO EVER USE TELKOM OPENSERVE!
