Telkom / Openserve - Why cannot not get any Service /Internet from Telkom ???

<p>I have been struggling to get internet at my house for since May this year . I cannot even get a basic line out of Telkom .</p> <p>The best reason I can get out of Telkom is there is no infracture in my area , which in not true as the house I live in had broadband before me . I have recently done a interest form on the Openserve website , and the feedback is fibre on the way but you can get Broadband in the meantime( yes Telkom again says its there but I cannot get it )</p> <p>I have spend many hours on the phone to Telkom call centre , but cannot get to any technical department to have a look at my problem .</p> <p>All the call centre does is try to sell you other products like LTE that does not have reception in our street ( I have a Telkom mobile phone with horrible reception ) </p> <p>Can someone please help me from Telkom</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
