telkom openserve USELESS BEYOND MEASURE

so for one week telkom and openserve has been messing around with our lines. Do they realise its a business. everyday it a problem by the exchange than its vandalism then its at our shop. Nobody has been here they dont bother to call or give a solution. Customers is giving us negative reviews because open serve and telkom is *********** . one of the technicians was here yesterday explaining how this "Is not his job" what the ****? who's job is it if not yours. Its month end and telkom expect payment for no service. Really telkom and openserve is pathetic there service is terrible.
