Telkom Openserve needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!

Openserve Telkom! What a joke. Almost two months trying to sort out a WiFi and Internet problem. Cable was the issue. Then the router. Had to drive to Menlyn. Where I was told by a rasta man that I had to have my router there. After numerous calls to Telkom, this was the first time that they told me about this. Ten ticket numbers further! Suan pitched up. Cable outside in some sort of locked box, was faulty. He did not had his tools there. Could not repair. Did not have the vision if reporting this and organise to keep this job card open to repair the cable this week?????????? The Telkom platforms reporting faults are a little more than meaning zero! Thuso should retire. A ****** mess and not a good experience. Falcons End!!!!!!!
