Telkom openserve Fibre frustration 😤

Telkom is sooooooo useless , I've been having a problem with my openserve fiber from the 12th of June today it's the 18th no one knows who is working on my query, there is no progress ,I'm not getting assisted am not getting answers they're just useless can't wait to be out of this contract because WOW I've never been so ****ed in my life 😢, their call center agents don't even care like how come u cannot be able to make a follow up with queries in your department it's ABSURD! Telkom you're just 🚮
