Telkom Openserve Fibre

I had a very bad experience with Telkom, they were so forward with making the sale but not delivering. The Agent Gomotsegang made a sale for fibre, 7 days later I call they tell me that the order was not even processed. Now I call, the tell me that there's nothing they can do about it but they are already sending debit order mandates to me. Very bad service from Telkom and no accountability to what their staff did.
