Telkom / openserve Bad Combo

we contacted Telkom on the 2 of June 2020 logging a Fault, that our line is dead no ring tone and no internet. Today is the 10 of June 2020 no one has come to repair the line or even let us know what the progress is. we had a call from openserve saying that they will be coming out to repair the line and to date no one as pitched up to fix anything. we need this line as during this lockdown we need to work remotely. due to Telkom and Openserves incompetence WE ARE NOW LOOSING MONEY.
