Telkom Openserve

I have fibre line from telkom openserve; I reside in Zwartkops centurion. i called Telkom soooooooo manu times about the speed and how slow the internet is and thats not what I am paying for; my contract is 25mbps upload and download, so i have spoken to them so many times-according to telkom they record the conversations - hope they ffff listen to them------ I use wifi, then they say connect a cable--that was never ever explained to me that before I take the contract I must connect my phone-TV- devices all with cables......... for me its wifi------ then today Karabo Dube of telkom tells me my upload should be 12.5mbps and download should be 12.5mbps.......... never ever have anyone told me that its was 25 both ways........ various stories ...... loadhsedding also i am not paying for then telkom must half the price monthly because what am I paying for???? full service-different services-incorrect services.............?????????????? ***.
