Telkom opens ********** account on my name

On the 2-6-15 Bhuli awarded a contract under my name **********ly so. Telkom has handed my account the Nudebt for black listing after I have reported that I did not open an account with Telkom and requested them to investigate after visit two different Telkom branches (springs and East Gate Mall). I have asked for the application document together with a potage of the day the account was opened which is the 2/6/15 and they haven't responded.
