Telkom opens and closes orders which is still not resolved after 19 days of hassle

So we recently moved two blocks away from where we used to live. Difference is, where we live now only gets 2 meg lines and not 20 meg lines, like we used to have. I put in a order on the 25th of April stating we are to move on the 30th of April and requesting my line get moved to the new address. We haven't heard anything from Telkom stating there was any issues. When I contacted Telkom on the 2nd of May, they then told me that it was kicked out in the networking departments system, because the megs of lines were different and that it was stuck in the system. They then got back to me on Monday the 2nd of May and said they will need to close that order so they can open a new order to migrate it to a 2 meg first then only can they move the line. I then spoke to them again yesterday the 5th of may and they stated that the new order must get closed first before they can do anything, but the lady Yolanda said that she will put it in as urgent and once we receive the sms that it was migrated then I can phone them immediatly to move my line. This morning when I spoke to telkom it was yet to be migrated to a 2 meg line and the person I spoke to then told me that they have to first close that order, ref number *** and then I must open a new order to move my line. I was then cut off, but the order seems to have been closed. And when I was busy with an online chat was also disconnected.

Problem here is that my husband works for an USA based company and needs the internet going asap, before he looses his job. Nobody from telkom is contacting me and the line is as far as it was when I first requested it on the 25th of April. I'm very displeased at the moment as I never experienced such poor service from Telkom. Nobody can help me and I can't get the number for the networking department of Telkom to see if they can resolve my issue as I'm being send from pillar to post.
