Telkom / Open Serve the best ISP and fibre connection provider

We have had a fibre installation at our house using Telkom /Open serve for the past 3 years. The fibre to the house was supp**** by Telkom open serve, over the period we have never experienced a connection problem from the Telkom side. The ISP we used was Web Africa. With the service from Web Africa we had only but bad service to incorrect billing and poor connectivity on wifi to the cellphones to poor signal and below average speeds on speedtests. During November I app**** for a Telkom with Telkom being the ISP for the fibre connection. Within 4 days the installation team called to set up an installation date which was set for 31 December. At 8:30 on 31 December I received a call from the technician asking when it was suitable to perform the installation on that day. He arrived and within an hour everything was installed router set up and working. What great service Telkom The following was noticed immediately. Immediate connectivity on the wifi to the cellphones, a brilliant picture without any buffering to the android TV's. Good wifi signal which is even available at the swimming pool, this was like a totally new experience.

Well done Telkom. One always reads these negative complaints but I am amazed with the quality of service that you have provided
