Telkom / Open Serve poor service

10 months ago I subscribed to Telkom’s LTE service for R 1000 a month. Since day 1 I have never had the promised speeds. I can hardly send emails with the link. I registered a call Ref 288 57 200 and after months they eventually came to my home to investigate. They found that the tower was totally dead and had been badly vandalized and closed my call without solving the problem. They told me I had to wait until the new financial year and budget for it to be fix in June 2019. June came and went and nothing improved. By now I have paid R 9 000 for a service that I have not received. I registered another call after about 5 attempts and holding on for hours - Ref 288 57 200. A technician came out and said I needed an antenna and they would install one. This was over a month ago and I am still waiting. I also registered a call Ref 292 582 91 asking to be refunded for a service that I paid for and never received. After almost a month no response to that call either.
