TELKOM / OPEN SERVE - NO, NO and again NO!!!!!!!

Good people of South Africa, if you in the market looking for a telecoms service provider, take my free advice, DO NOT ENGAGE WITH TELKOM! The worst customer service ever. Untrained consultants with their own stories on resolving a challenge. Call center and walk-in centers. You can be on the phone for hours going away without getting your query and problem resolved. Can't wait to get out of my contract and say goodbye to Telkom / Open Serve.
