Telkom / Open serve Complaint

We now had enough of Telkom. We are battling with our internet line ***. We have got many references 24/05/2020 - 284BNK 240420 at 13h13. Then again 04/05/2020 Ref 52BNK040420 at 08h44. Again today spoke to Thandie at 09h20...telling us the technician is on site, so we said no one is here. Now apparently the technician is on his way. So we are waiting. This is a Doctors Rooms at 5A Central Park, Empangeni, which is Essential Service, This is really poor service!!! What are we paying for? My number is ***. From Dr CS Greeff.
