Telkom open prescribed account for the second time

I opened an account at 2011 so the account was prescribed and they told me that they have closed the account, I open a retail account yesterday and only to find out that they re-open my account at Telkom it also shows that a payment has been paid by whom, how, where I don't know, it seems like they are making a payment in prescribed people account, coz this happens to my account at first, I was out of the country and only to find out that my account has been paid, when I report here at hello Peter they promised me to closed it, to my surprise now they reopen it, we can check the evidence here at hellopeter
