TELKOM ONLY WANT MONEY AND DELIVER NO SERVICE

Since November I am complaining about a noise on my phone. When I answer the phone, the internet went down. Otherwise the download speed is 0.03 and upload speed is 0.31 I keep on reporting the line and nobody come to solve the problem. They only send sms that the problem is solved. PROBLEM STILL EXISTS. I PAID FOR A NON EXISTING SERVICE FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS. WHEN REPORTING TELKOM ONLY WANT PAY PAY PAY. HOW CAN I KEEP PAYING FOR A NON EXISTING SERVICE. Telkom does not even read Helopeter. Why does anybody still wants to support Telkom? They are useless moneymakers
