Telkom only there for consumers money!!!

Telkom has ridiculous customer service. I posted my issue on the facebook page, I called, I went in store & posted on Hello Peter about an issue that has been occurring since November 2017. They just respond to say that they will be in contact, when they actually email they don't care about the issue.I am still waiting a response from an email I sent them after they supposedly tried fixing my.issue but they just ignore the emails. They are honestly just ripping consumers of their money!
