Telkom only look after main sentras

I have a question for Telkom they selling simcards in the rual areas but if your phone are ****** there are no shops nearby to assist you not even the call center can help...... why do thy have walk in shops in malls ...... and only the areas with Telkom towers get telkom terrifs but the clients who must use roming pay more for data
